The Field Of Membership shall be limited to those having the following common bond:

1) Employees and members of the boards of directors of
   the following educational groups in Bradford County, PA:
        a) Athens Area School District in Athens, Pennsylvania
        b) Canton Area School District in Canton, Pennsylvania
        c) Wyalusing Area School District in Wyalusing, Pennsylvania
        d) Sayre Area School District in Sayre, Pennsylvania
2) Employees of this credit union;
3) Persons retired as pensioners or annuitants from the above employment;
4) Spouses of persons who died while within the field of membership of
   this credit union
5) Members of their immediate families* and;
6) Organizations of such persons.

* Immediate families includes:   Spouses or significant others, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. (Including step- and in-law)

Federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration, a U.S. Government Agency.   Member savings federally insured up to $100,000.
